Hi, My 2011 Toyota Sienna 3rd row seat is stuck in the up position.
I removed the handle hardware and the plastic was broken. I've ordered a replacement part, but noticed the one cable pulls rather easily, while the other cable barely budges when pulled with some pliers. Is this normal, or did the handle break because something is causing the cable to jam. i don't see any obvious obstructions, and have sprayed everything that looks like it could be lubricated. Thanks!!!
