Looking to purchase a 2019 C300 4Matic, is this a good deal?

I have a 2016 CLA250 lease that is coming to an end soon and I'm looking to upgrade to the 2019 C300 4Matic. I've been in contact with a couple MB dealerships in Maryland (21043) and found a C300 that I really liked, $50,675 sticker price. The initial offer I received is as follows:

$50,675 MSRP
$43,675 sale price
$4,000 down, 72 months, 2.99% APR
$678/month

After a little negotiating, I was able to get the monthly price down to $650/month on this vehicle, still at $4,000 down/72 months/2.99% APR. I was wondering if there is any more room to go down or if this is a good deal on the vehicle.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

At $650/mo, the amount financed would have to be $42793.
    $46793, before the $4000 upfront

You should ask for a breakdown of selling price, taxes, and fees, to see if that makes sense.
