Mazda 3 Hatchback GT 2018 lease

How are y’all doing!?
Just some context before I ask my question.
So my Accord 2016 Lease expires this March and I decided to get a hatchback and I really liked the Mazda 3 GT, test drove the 2018 model Auto, as they didn’t have any manual in stock, and the 2019 model looks really slick. But the dealers are saying that they wont be out until atleast April.
Is it worth leasing a Mazda 3 2018GT now? 
Could you please provide the MF & Residual value details ?

Might be some good deals to be had on the outgoing model.
