Problems W 04 denali shifting and low top Speed??

Anyone that has 04 denali that wouldn't go into 3rd or OD and would only go top speed of 50mph. has anyone got their vehicle fixed? if so what was the issue.need help b4 i waste thousands of dollars on something i didnt need.
