Lack of oil change history followed by oil system flush on Carfax

Looking at a Cayenne GTS with 50k miles on it. Looks beautiful, but Carfax shows some concerning info.
It had it's first oil change at 8,100 miles then zero additional records of oil changes with that owner who kept the vehicle for another 3 years after that before selling at 37,000 miles. The Carfax then shows the dealer who took possession then flushed the oil system once, then ten days later it was flushed yet again.
To me that says the first owner perhaps neglected changing the oil for nearly 3 years and almost 30k miles, then when the dealer got a hold of it they had to flush it twice.
Second owner only clocked another 10k miles on the car in 4 years of ownership. All seems okay with the rest of the report.
Run away or get a PPI, and if all looks okay, use the Carfax history as a bargaining chip to get the dealer to lower price?
