help with 328i

I have a 2007 328i bmw that will not start. It will not crank at all when the button is pushed. The battery has 12.6 v. and the starter has power, but not the starter solenoid. I jumped the solenoid with 12v and it tries to turn the car over. I un plugged the IBS and still had no response. could this be in the CAS or is it the IBS or something else?

    What's CAS or IBS? Never heard of them.

    Have you check the neutral safety switch and brake safety switch? Fuses and fusible links?

    You may have to probe back from the solenoid to the ignition switch. A wiring diagram would be very useful here.
