cold start high idle 1200 rpm for 10 minuits then normalizes to 600. warm start high idle same for 30 seconds then normalizes to 600

10 minutes seems like too long for warm-up. You might consider cleaning the idle air control IAC valve and also checking for various vacuum lines to see if the car is sucking in extra air at warm up. You could probably also search around to see how to test the coolant temperature sensor and see if it exhibits proper values.

Thanks for the leads. All is normal and consistant except time, dealer says computer, I think sensors, will check your ideas-- Ken.

Well it depends on how the dealer actually arrived at that conclusion. Was it by tedious pin by pin testing or did they just guess?
