New Ford Incentives F150 2018 vs 2019

We are looking to purchase a new truck in south carolina zip code 29579 but will travel for a great deal. I have been looking online and the prices in South Carolina seem higher than all other states. Based on the new incentives that have just been released what do you think is the best option to go with 2018 or 2019. I am looking for an SLT 4x4 either super crew or super cab. I've tried to look on the Edmunds site to see dealer cost and incentives but I'm even more confused. Sorry to ramble but I am new to do this and would appreciate help in getting the best deal. I don't think the SLT is a Ford trim.

SuperCrews have higher residuals than SuperCabs.

From what we've heard, you have to use the lease program for your area, no matter where you buy (for Ford Credit).

Can't tell you which will be cheaper, 2018 or 2019, because I don't know the transaction prices. Suggest you do a local search, just to see what is available.
