Does anyone came across this or know about a kill switch.

When i got this 325i, i got told that the car turn on when every it wanted. I thought it was the starter. I switch the starter and the battery also the ABS computer. The car turns on but it chokes dont want to fully turn on. i check the spark plugs and they were wet with gasoline. i switch the with new ones and it still choking. i opened the injectors and they were dry it seems like, the injector had not enough power to open up. i cant think of what else should i check or do. am to a point to send it to the junk yard.
