Hi is there anyone who can give me a exact wire color diagram if what color is what on a 08 Ford explorer xlt rear wire harness.

I tried it but it doesnt show anything useful I just need help identifying what color is what because of left and right dont share same color in the wires so I'm a bit confused whic one is hot and whic one is neutral.and ground and which one is always hot
