2003 Ford Ranger Elecrical Problems

First my headlight went out
next my speedometer stopped working 
after that my front airbag warning light came on
fourth day in my wipers stopped working
Any thoughts?

    Very often but certainly not always, numerous electrical failures happening all at once is in indication of low voltage in the system---so by all means check your alternator output, battery condition, and all your ground cables--including positive and negative battery cables, and any engine to frame grounds.
