How much off MSRP for a 2019 530e?

First time potential BMW owner here. I've got the mf, residual and lease specials for my area. What can I reasonably expect to negotiate off MSRP? I'll pay drive off fees but I'm not putting anything down. Let's set aside lease specials, credits, prior owner discounts, etc. I've read it's reasonable to get 10%-12% off MSRP before any of those discounts, is that right?

Is it a demo or loaner?

For a custom order, I got 11.5% off MSRP + $6,400 in rebates. $66K MSRP ended up around $51.7K + TTL

For a car on the lot, I believe the discounts are larger.
