What is a good deal on mazda 3 2019 with preferred/premium package?

Typically, I have seen car deals with Honda being made which are around 3000$ below the listed MSRP. Does the same apply for mazda? please share your experience. very confused.

    The 2019 Mazda 3 is brand new, so I doubt there will be a lot of discounting available.
