Rattle under radio

I have a rattle under the radio area. It only happens when I'm going over 35 miles an hour and is windy. The rattle has been there since I bought the car in 2014. It was not hardly notiecable at first. It has gotten worse over the years. It is now very annoying. It is loudest when the wind is coming from the right. Any ideas?
