2019 RAV4 Limited price eval

I was offered a price of $34,270 for the 2019 RAV4 Limited with tech package. I live in SoCal with tax rate of 9-10%. The original MSRP listed was $37,379. Just wondering if this is a good deal to take? Seems high to me. Any help is appreciated. Explanation with MF/RV is a plus.

$0 drive off - $536/mo including taxes
$1,000 drive off - $503/mo including taxes
$2,000 drive off - $473/mo including taxes

FWD or AWD?

I wouldn't pay $500+ / mo for any $37K vehicle. That's just a bad deal.
