If I add the $925 acq.fee and the $799 doc fee, then subtract the $1000 rebate, the payment calculation is $566/mo.+tax. About $12/mo off your quote.
(adjusted CAP of $45956)

The dealer discount is good (offset some by the $800 doc fee)
$400 difference total in payments, that could be explained, if you had the actua adjusted CAP cost and an accounting of the numbers.

Not a bad deal.
