Hi everyone,

I am aiming to lease a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, 4x4, with power sunroof and 20 inch wheels.

I was hoping I could post this offer and get anyone's reaction to it and see if I was getting a fair deal.
The monthly payment ended up being $517, however I'd like to get under $450 / month (which I think is possible). Was curious if that is a good deal for this

State/Zipcode: NY, 11757

Vehicle Cost: $43,090
MSRP: 45,580 (due to $2900 in add-on options)
Cash Down: $500
Montly Payment: $517
Total Residual: 54%
MRM: 51,900
Disclosed Rate: 0.00176

Cap Cost Breakdown
------------------
Rebate as Cap Reduction: 7,000
Total Drive Off: 7,517
Vehicle Cost/Total Selling Price: $43,090
Acquisition Fee: $895
Total Cap Cost Reductions: -7,000
Capital Cost: $36,988
Capped Taxes: $2,200
Total Cap Cost: $39,189

Tax
--------
Cashdown Tax: 603
Upfront Tax: 1,597
Rate: 8.6250%

Months: 36
Annual Mileage: 12,000

So again they said 517/month, but my gut is telling me I could explore something ~ $450 with maybe not much more down?

Really appreciate any advice/thoughts anyone could share. Any red flags on the above?

THANK YOU!

I agree with the math; to get $450/mo, the total cap cost would have to be around $37K

We don't track prices, but the only way to improve the deal is to negotiate a bigger discount from sticker, before the incentives.

This does not look like a Chrysler Capital lease, with the MF and incentives as high as they are.
