Initial Lease Offer - Any reactions?

Hi everyone,

I am aiming to lease a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, 4x4, with power sunroof and 20 inch wheels.

I was hoping I could post this offer and get anyone's reaction to it and see if I was getting a fair deal.
The monthly payment ended up being $517, however I'd like to get under $450 / month (which I think is possible). Was curious if that is a good deal for this

    I agree with the math; to get $450/mo, the total cap cost would have to be around $37K

    We don't track prices, but the only way to improve the deal is to negotiate a bigger discount from sticker, before the incentives.

    This does not look like a Chrysler Capital lease, with the MF and incentives as high as they are.
