How to disable bluetooth in car,

I hate the bluetooth in the car. I want to use my own headset. How do I delete from the audio, and make it so it stops hooking up with my phone. Every time my phone rings the car picks it up. Hate it.

    I don't know the year of your car but here's one interesting video on the subject of disabling bluetooth. I'm not sure I'm convinced of the poster's paranoia about bluetooth but he does show how to manipulate it.
