Turn signal and hazard lights

I have a 2004 Jeep Liberty and 3 days ago I changed the brake light on one side only to have to fix a tail light on the opposite side the next day and now today my turn signals and hazard lights no longer work after working this morning. Very frustrated. Can anyone help me out as to what could be going on?
