2019 Nissan Sentra SV- HELP WITH UNDERSTANDING LEASE DEAL

Hello,

I recently did all the research on the car I would like to lease and have the dealer who has it in stock.


Research details:
MF of .0003 and RV of 51% for 19115
Sales Price (TrueCar) = $16643
Nissan Incentives $2500 off MSRP
Certified Dealer MSRP Discount $1808
Sales Tax is 6%
Dealer fees $350
Tax, Registration,Tags etc- cost unknown...What is normal?

Asked Dealer for a quote and this is what they send:
For KY212525

MSRP: $20,785.00

Savings $1642.00

Selling price $19,143

Minus $2500 rebate

Sub total $16,643

Plus Fees $310.55

Tax $1347.96---is this right?

Out the door $18,301.51

I am new to this--does this quote seem in line with my research?

If I plug the quote values into the Lease Hacker calculator it calculates my monthly payment to be $154 (including the tax)

What state is this?

And, the Truecar price may include incentives that are not compatible with a lease.

You also have to account for the $595 acquisition fee Nissan charges for every lease.

I guess my main question or the clarification I am looking for is that regardless of the difference in their quote and the Truecar information..they are pretty close and I would still be getting a somewhat of a deal? They do not seem to be trying to get over on me and they did not fight to give me this quote.

Also, they are running a lease special right now for this car $189/mo, $0 due at signing with a $2125 factory rebate and a disposition fee of $325...but MSRP is $20,027...with doing the research even this is over priced.

Under $200/mo for a car that stickers at $20K is a good lease deal.

Be advised that in PA, the monthly payment is subject to tax on a lease, and there is a 3% lease tax, so the total tax rate is either 9% or 10% (depending on where you live).
