Did I get a good deal or did I get ripped off?

I have no idea if I got a good deal but I'm hoping someone here can chime in. I leased a 2019 Nissan Rouge S FWD, $269 a month with $500 down. The $500 includes the first payment. The one thing freaking me out is when I got home and looked at the contract it says that my total payments will come out to $12,369 which is way more than $269 x 36 months. Any input is greatly appreciated.

You had trade equity? Have to factor that in, too. Plus the $231 left over from the $500 up front and it all works out.
