Should I Buy This Jeep Grand Cherokee?

I have been leasing a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The lease is up soon and I'm thinking of buying it. I have never had any problems at all with it. It has 13,000 miles on it. Also, there is not a scratch on it, it looks like it just came off the lot. The oil has been changed every 3 months even though I don't drive a lot. So far, it's been perfect.

Do you think it's a safe bet that it will continue to be reliable? Is 3 years enough time to know if a car is well made? I know no one can predict the future but just want to make sure it's a safe bet. Thanks to all!

    What is the buyout value?
Have you researched what the market value is for similar vehicles, in your area?

The problem with buying out your lease is that the market value is generally a lot less than the buyout price.

I looked a bit online...the buyout value is about the same as the blue book value...also looking at them used online, older modes with much more mileage are selling for a lot more than the buyout value of mine. I'm just concerned about long-term reliability.
