Driver's side AC blows hot air while passenger side blows cold air.

My 2008 Trailblazer only has 83,000 miles and when I turn on the AC, it blows heat through the drivers side vents and cold air through the passenger side vents. Very frustrating. Just repaired passenger side electric window issue where a wire was broken. What is it with electrical issues with the Trailblazers?

Why don't you have it scanned by a tech? He/she can access the HVAC system and possibly identify the culprit---perhaps a blend door motor or stuck blend door. These things do wear out after 10 years because they get a lot of use. Hopefully, the part in question will be easy to access and repair. Sometimes they get buried under there, depending which component it is.
