Honda 2019 CRV - Lease Advice needed

Hi, I am new to the board. This looks like a great resource. I am based in the Boston area (zip 02478) and looking to lease a 2019 CRV for my wife. I see lots of references to MF and RV. I assume that is money factor and residual value. Can someone provide advice on what I should expect to see for those numbers from the dealer. Any advice on best way to ensure I get a good deal. Planning on 36 months and 12k miles annually. Thanks very much Bob J

one great tip would be to make sure what you sign. sometimes dealers change the miles to 10k when you sign the final papers. Regarding your MF and RV compare them to the numbers provided on the forum. Also recommend you to check the bank fee cause dealers tend to mark that up as well.
