I'm in the NY area and I'm hearing 46 - 47K also. Edmunds Fair Market Price says $44K so I'm wondering if I should shop around more?

I mistakenly requested a quote in the Bay Area through my bank. Los Gatos was $12k off MSRP on all 2019s.
