dash lights on come on while driving

I have a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica 2007 when driving all lights on dask come on and ding and water temp gauge goes to red, I shut car down and they go off when I restart

    Well first thing, believe the lights are real, and check the coolant level in the car.

    This may be some kind of battery/charging system problem, because when voltage drops in a car, the modules in the electrical system don't like it, and they can give all kinds of false readings.

    Best thing to do would be (after checking coolant) is to arrange to drive the car to a mechanic WHILE THE CONDITION EXISTS--so that he can plug in a scan tool and get some real time data. This might help solve the problem.
