Ram Leasing info values

Good afternoon everyone_

I am trying to decide if I want to lease a new 2019 Ram Laramie 1500. I was hoping I could get the info for MF and RV.
I am looking at a crew cab, 4x4 in zip code 76118. I am thinking either 36/12k or 36/10k or 24/12k. Also if anyone knows outside lenders of Chrysler Capital that have great residual values. Appreciate the help.

We only have numbers for CCAP

24/12 - .00031 and 60%
36/12 - .00041 and 54%
$2250 incentives

I received a quote for a 2019 Ram Rebel. $60,150 MSRP, 16% off with a selling price of $50,526, if I finance thru Chrysler They are using the same selling price if I were to lease the vehicle, isn't there an additional incentive from Chrysler if you lease? Trying to determine if there should be a lower cap cost and if so how much? Also, like to verify the MF/Res on a 3 yr 15k lease. Located in Midwest/WI

4x4 or 4x2?

Different incentives for purchase vs. lease; I'd expect the cap cost to be higher if you lease, as the 16% off promotion is for purchases.

The base MF is .00101, and the max markup allowed is .00042.

I'll let you do the math....

Tell the dealer you won't sign any deal unless you get the base MF

They agreed to the lower MF. Just to check how do the numbers change if I go from 15k/yr to 12k/yr

Add 2% to residual
