Is is possible to lease a CPO?

I'm currently looking at:
2018 A5 Sportback Premium
7,697 Miles
Black / Black
Navigation and telematics package

My zip is: 77471

If it's possible to lease, what is the money factor, residual, cap cost, etc.?

The new 2019 BMW 3 series lease is really enticing but I'd rather be in an A5 Sportback.

Sorry if I'm asking the wrong questions, complete newb at this having only done a couple days of research. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I'm sure you can lease a CPO, but we don't have the info on used car leases.
