Gmc diesel will not crank any answers

My gmc will not crank unless I disconnect the battery terminal and wait a few minutes. Then it starts fine. The pcm, starter, ignition, battery were replaced. What else could it be.

    What if you wait a few minutes without disconnecting the battery?
