MSD - Does Toyota Participates or offer MSD for lease options?

Hi
We have heard that certain manufacturers offers multiple security deposit option that could lower the payments of the leased vehicle. Could you please explain how does that work and if Toyota / Honda or Lexus offer such MSD options?

Toyota offers it, but only off of their "standard" MF rate (.00285, I think).
If your model already has a subvented money factor, then it won't benefit you.

Lexus: 9 MSDs X .00008 MF reduction each = .00072 possible reduction.

Most Lexus money factors are lower than .00072, though, so you could still benefit, though with fewer deposits and less reduction.

Honda does not have an MSD program
