Does an Acura One-Pay lease make sense?

Hello. I'm contemplating a one-pay lease for a RDX SH-AWD, 12,000 per year for 36 months. I've received different quotes from dealerships about how much a one-pay lease would be. One of the better offers was $14,498. Is there any downfall for doing a one-pay lease? The savings on interest is above $1,000 during the three years.

Yes, a single pay lease with Acura drops the money factor by .00080.

But, you should negotiate all of the terms, and make sure they aren't padding your lease with crap/fees. Actually, the savings should be closer to $1500-$1600 for the three years, on a typical RDX lease.
