Ultra Low Mileage Lease (7500 miles)

I have heard that some banks/finance companies are offering ultra low mileage leases with 7500 miles. Can anyone provide information on what type of vehicles (cars, suv, truck, etc) that offer this program? Also, any information on RV & MF compared to 10000 mile lease. It seems from 12000 to 10000 miles, the RV % increase by 1%.

If available, add 1% to go from 10k to 7.5k.

Chrysler Capital does not offer them, however.

Does the MF change with this type of lease compared to a 10000 mile lease? Do you know what banks/finance companies do? I heard Ally does on limited number of vehicles.

No information on Ally

MF remains constant, regardless of miles per year.
