What does the $1500 or $3000 cash due at signing consist of, specifically?

The selling price for #1 was $40,000. For #2, I don't know. $1500 & $3000 included 1st payment and registration.

First payment and DMV in CA should be right around $1000. Ask for a full breakdown of the upfront money.
