2019 CRV EX-L 2WD Pricing

In the market for a 2019 EX-L 2WD model. I plan to pay cash on the purchase. I would like to know any advice on what a good OTD (out the door) price would be for this model. My zip code is 45208 and the local sales tax rate is 7%.

Edmunds research indicates invoice is $28,969 (includes $1045 destination fee), and MSRP is $30,795 (includes $1045 destination fee). The Edmunds TMV is showing $28,989.

Using the TMV and adding sales tax the total would be a little over $31,000. Is it realistic to think a good OTD price would be $31,500 (title, license, doc fees, etc.). Thanks for any advice.

If you've already looked up TMV, then I don't have any additional advice to offer, as we don't track pricing.
