07052 Looking for MF, Residual & any lease credits for the 2019 Atlas SE w/ tech

Local VW dealers seem to be trying to clear the Atlas's they have stocked. Had a dealer tell me on the phone that they have about $5000 off MSRP to work with. Anyone know anything? I want to lease for 3 years max.
