power windows

have a 2010 chrysler 300. altanator went bad and replaced. car starts right up with no problems but now the driver and passenger windows wont go up or down and the buttons on the steering wheel wont work. they all worked perfectly before the altanator.went bad .is there some sort of reset or a way to get them back. all the other things function properly. rear windows a/c heater etc. any help would be much appreciated.
