Buying 2019 Sorento LX AWD

I'm looking at buying a 2019 Kia Sorento LX AWD with $1000 rebate and 0%APR. The dealer is giving me an out the door price of $28900. Does this seem like a fair price to pay or am I overpaying? Thanks
