Leasing an IS 300 F Sport

Hello,
What is the MF, residual, and lease credits and incentives (if any) for a Lexus IS 300 F Sport for zip code 33186? On the window sticker, they have an MSRP of $38,410.00. But then the installed options (blind spot, F Sport Package, etc) adds a few thousands and the total at the end of the sticker comes out to $43,539.00.
I am going tomorrow to lease this car but I want to go prepared and get the best deal possible.
