    That puts the adjusted CAP cost around $25K (correct me, if you have that number)

    That’s correct, only upfront cost was first month 324.00

    Looks about average. The Crosstrek is popular, and not all that cheap to lease.

    I figured it was fair - a little higher than I had thought with a 790 score but it looks like northeast residuals are different ?

    No, money factor and residual are constant across the US.
