Q5 lease terms

I’m looking for a q5 lease - premium with convenience in zip code 07649. I’d like 15,000 miles per year and 36 months (with everything rolled in). Dealers are steering me towards 39 months. Is there a reason they’re pushing me to 39 months? Can you tell me if there are special discounts, the mf and the residual value? Thanks!
