I own a Chevy Silverado HD Duramax Diesel. I had a 1/4 tank of diesel (~6-7 gaiions) in my tank.

I accidently filled it up with gasoline. It drove for about a block and the engine cut off. It got towed to a dealer to get looked at. Will my diesel truck ever work again?

Gasoline is a much better solvent than it is a lubricant and diesel fuel injection systems are very susceptable to a loss of lubrication. It's impossible to guess just how much damage may have occurred but any wear that happened in the high pressure pump would put debris downstream into the injectors leaving the pump and all of the injectors compromised. Add in the work to drain and clean the fuel tank, replace filters, and flush out the fuel rail and lines, you might want to see if your insurance will cover this.6
