.00106 MF and 62% residual is correct.

Yes, $3000 seems very high, but a $4000 discount also seems unlikely. FL is famous for high dealer fees.

Relative to MSRP, that looks like a good deal. Does it include GAP insurance?

No GAP insurance mentioned. But as I mentioned, his numbers literally didnt add up. His line items added up to be $19072, and he quoted $20321, I think I will just move on and try to find a dealer who is more motivated or at least more forthcoming

Don't lose sight of the big picture. The next guy may be low on fees, but also low on discount. Let us know how it goes.
