The base MF on a normal 36 month term is .00076.
.00016 MF on single pay.

If your MF is quoted correctly, that is a huge markup. Something tells me that number isn't correct, though. I don't think Audi allows the dealer that large of a markup. (maybe, that was the pre- single-pay MF? Even then, a big markup)
