What do you guys think? I can also get a cx5 with $1000 inceptions and $300 /mo cause my wife still undecided of the size of the CX9. I was trying to get a CX5 reserve but there are no deals and the money factor and residual is high and would come up to $445 /mo.

The money factor and residual you list are from last month.
It's a good payment, relative to MSRP, with just $1000 due at signing. How they got there is a little janky. Big discount, but then $1700 in accessories and garbage fees.
If your wife will be happy with the CX-5, then that is the way to go, assuming it is her daily driver.
