Loaner (miles unknown for now) 2019 BMW X1 xDrive28i, Jet Black with Oyster interior #44804, Convenience package $3,000 down included drive off - monthly is 387.78 (tax included) for 36/10k.

Is it a good deal?
What is the MF, residual on that car for zip 94118?

I'd target 15% off MSRP, before incentives.

You don't pay the disposition fee up front - you pay it when you turn the car in at the end of the lease.

I'd ask them to restructure the deal with only first payment, up front taxes, and DMV due at signing.

There will be an adjustment to the residual based on the miles - you need to find out how many it has.

Do you have an itemization of the $3000 up front? We'd prefer you structure the deal with only the first payment and DMV costs due at signing.

What is the MSRP and selling price? For a demo/loaner, you'll want at least 15% off MSRP - before incentives.
