Is it $3000 total out of pocket, or $3000 plus fees and taxes?

Relative to MSRP, that's a pretty good payment.

Though, I'd take the higher payment and roll everything but the first payment and registration costs into it, to reduce your out of pocket to less than $1000

Just found out they are baking into the $3K down payment, 1st month, taxes, vin etch fee ($199), CT registration ($200) and acquisition fee ($795), I'm going to get them to take off that bogus Vin Etch fee. Can I also negotiate acq fee too, since they are also charging me a $499 doc fee!?
    Ugh hate these shady dealers...

Acquisition fee is mandataory, and can't be negotiated out.

Better to get a lower selling price to offset the doc and vin etch fee.
