2019 RX 350 end of year Lease price

Anyone in the NYC/Northern NJ region got a 2019 RX350 Lease recently (in the last month or so) on a leftover 2019 and is willing to share details of your deal -- monthly pymt, downpymt, other terms you got?
I'm interested to hear if anyone got a payment under $560 for $10k miles, 36 months for a $53k msrp (AWD, sunroof, navig, premium pkg). Looking to get a leftover 2019 assuming the 2020 will be a big price increase.
