Are there any good lease specials out here in New York City for under $300 a month? Don't need to be fully loaded with the latest and newest gadgets or packages. But I do preferably want a AWD for our crazy weather. Thanks

    AWD will make it tough..

    Mazda 3 has some AWD models, now.
    Perhaps a Nissan Rogue
