Expected Discounts - 2019 Acadia Lease

Hello,
I just wanted to see if anyone can give me a ballpark amount/percent off MSRP before incentives & rebates that is a good jumping off point for negotiating on a new in-stock 2019 AWD Acadia SLT-1? Same question for an in-stock demo unit.
I'm located in Northern Colorado for what it's worth.

    Anybody have any feedback? Over on leasehackr they say try to get close to 10% before incentives. I have reached out to 5 dealers so far and none are in that ballpark, the biggest discount so far is 5.5% before incentives and he won't budge.
