What is money factor and residual value on 2020 outback limited model?

I am looking at leasing a 2020 outback limited since my 2017 outback limited lease is up. I am getting same model car and the 2020 is about 1K more than the sticker on my 2020 outback but the payment is quoted at $100 more a month.
